N2N Photobooths

Effective Date: 20.08.2023 

By booking with N2N Photobooths, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both parties.

1. Booking & Payment

  • No deposit is required to secure a booking.

  • Full payment must be made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without notice.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any method specified during the booking process.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • If N2N Photobooths must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure), a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Change of Date

  • Requests to change the event date must be made in writing at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

  • If the new requested date is unavailable, the original booking may be cancelled and refund policy will apply.

4. Setup & Venue Access

  • A minimum space of 2.5m x 2m, a standard power outlet, and a flat indoor surface are required for setup.

  • For outdoor events, proper cover must be provided by the client to protect equipment from sun, wind, or rain.

  • Access to the venue should be available at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time for setup.

5. Hire Duration & Overtime

  • Booths are hired for a continuous session (e.g., 3 hours, 4 hours, etc.) as per the agreed booking.

  • Overtime requests must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance and are charged at $100/hour.

  • Idle time (early setup or delayed start) can be added for $40/hour.

6. Guest Conduct & Damage

  • The client is responsible for the behaviour of guests using the photobooth.

  • Damage to the booth, props, or accessories caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the client.

  • Children must be supervised at all times while using the booth.

7. Photo Usage & Privacy

  • N2N Photobooths reserves the right to use photos taken at the event for marketing or promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.), unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.

  • Guests using the booth are deemed to have consented to photography.

8. Technical Issues & Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure smooth operation, technical issues can occasionally occur. In such cases:

    • If booth downtime exceeds 15 minutes, the client may receive a partial refund or time extension (where possible).

    • N2N Photobooths is not liable for power issues, venue restrictions, or guest misuse.

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the hire service.

9. Travel & Parking

  • Travel within 30km of Melbourne CBD is included.

  • A travel surcharge may apply for venues beyond this radius.

  • Parking costs, if applicable, must be covered by the client.

10. Health & Safety

  • Equipment is cleaned and sanitized prior to each event.

  • Props are maintained hygienically, and hand sanitiser is available.

  • If you need to reschedule due to government restrictions or health emergencies, we will make every effort to transfer your booking to a new date.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking with N2N Photobooths, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
